Adams Commercial Real Estate is a 30-year old Atlanta-based real estate brokerage firm. The company’s mission statement is as follows: “A real estate brokerage can play an important role in revitalizing and stabilizing communities. Our definition of “community” may mean a city’s vital neighborhoods or its central business district. Our goal is that you and the community are better off as a result of your experience with us.”

Adams Commercial Real Estate is unique because we are a small firm with a great depth of real estate knowledge. Our brokers have varied backgrounds in the business and we have the ability to form teams based on matching their talents with our client’s specific needs. The company’s agents are skilled negotiators backed by state of the art investment analysis software. They have access to the latest technology including the most current sales and demographic information.

Although not all of our transactions fit this pattern, over the years many of our agents have been involved in sales that have had a profound effect on the greater Atlanta community. We helped pioneer loft development in Downtown Atlanta in the 1980’s. We helped a major university expand their campus in the 1990’s and we helped a youth soccer association acquire the land for the first “intown” Atlanta soccer complex in 2003. The company encourages its agents to play an active role in the community by volunteering time and taking leadership roles in various civic and charitable organizations.

Adams Commercial Real Estate has its headquarters in Atlanta’s Grant Park neighborhood just south of Atlanta’s Central Business District and consists of six agents. Four of our commercial agents have received the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the CCIM Institute of the National Association of Realtors. The CCIM designation is known as the “Ph.D.” of commercial real estate. The other commercial agents are CCIM candidates, and the division has a combined 85 years experience in the metro Atlanta commercial real estate market.  The company also has a residential division, Adams Realtors.
