William
T. (Bill) Adams is President of Adams, REALTORS, an Atlanta based
commercial and residential real estate company. He is an Atlanta
and Grant Park native with a 37 year history of involvement in neighborhood,
historic preservation and affordable housing issues. He has served
as Chair of the Grant Park Neighborhood Association and NPU-W. He
was a founding board member of Historic Oakland Cemetery, Inc. He
served 11 years on the board of Progressive Redevelopment, Inc.
(the state’s largest nonprofit developer of affordable, multifamily
housing). He currently serves on the board of, Capital Hill Neighborhood
Development Corp. (a CDC formed by 3 churches near the State Capitol
to promote downtown housing.), the Georgia CCIM Chapter and the
Grant Park Conservancy. He also served on the Retail-Residential
Investment Committee of Downtown Atlanta’s Fairlie Poplar
Task Force. He has a BBA in Real Estate and an MBA in Finance from
Georgia State University.
Adams began his real estate career in
1972 with Cousins Properties, Inc. after serving two years as an
Army officer. He formed W.T.Adams & Company in 1979. During
his career Adams has been involved in residential loft and office
projects involving historic tax credits as well as more traditional
office, industrial, retail and multifamily transactions. He has
also helped numerous nonprofit and governmental organizations with
their acquisition and disposition strategies. In the last five years,
Adams has been primarily involved in land assemblage for mixed use
retail and residential developments.
Adams has the prestigious CCIM
(Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the CCIM
Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
Known as the “Ph.D. of Commercial Real Estate” only
6% of the country’s 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners
have the CCIM designation. Adams has served as the 1998 Georgia
CCIM Chapter President, was the 2003 Chair of the CCIM Institute’s
Publications Committee and the CCIM Institute’s Region 9 Vice
President.
Adams has been a youth soccer coach with the Atlanta Youth
Soccer Association(AYSA) and in late 2003 helped AYSA acquire land
for the first ever intown Atlanta soccer complex. He has coached
baseball and basketball with the Decatur Recreation Department.
An avid runner he has run two marathons, about 22 half marathons
and 33 consecutive Peachtree Road Races. Adams was a member of the
2003 class of Leadership Atlanta. He lives in Decatur with his wife
Carol and two sons, Silas and Connor.

Michael D. Reeves

Michael D Reeves joined Adams Commercial Realtors in June 2007 and brings his in-depth entrepreneurial experienced to the commercial real estate arena. As the former co-owner, co-founder and Vice President of Dependable Mail Services Inc, a mail automation and presort service in Atlanta, he is adept at creating vision, performing market analysis and adding value to investment transactions. As a skilled business owner, he understands the criteria for success and the value of win-win opportunities for our clients.
Reeves began his career as a recruit and a graduate of the prestigious General Electric Financial Management Program. Experiencing various finance, accounting and management positions at GE Capital’s headquarters in Stamford Connecticut, he has gained a thorough understanding of financial analytical tools, concepts, and calculations. His extensive experience in forecasting investment performance, evaluating investment yields and relationship building makes an excellent combination for identifying real estate investment opportunities. After GE relocated him to Atlanta, he never left. He has resided here for over twenty years. Reeves specializes in intown investment and development opportunities, with additional expertise in the Metropolitan Ave - Lee St corridors from Ft McPherson to Castleberry.
He is an active member of the Georgia Real Estate Investment Association (GaREIA), National Association of REALTORS, and the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS.
He and his fiancée, Elaine are also members of the Inman Park Neighborhood Association. A native of South Shore in Chicago, Michael is a 1980 graduate of Lake Forest Academy. In 1984 he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Amherst College, Amherst Massachusetts.

Jim Camp has been with Adams Commercial Real Estate since 1996. An A.B. Graduate of Mercer University, with an MFA from the University of Georgia, Jim's real estate background started while working in a family-owned real estate/construction firm in Marietta. Upon the retirement of his father, Jim elected to move to Atlanta to further his career, arriving just prior to the Olympics.
Since joining Adams Commercial Real Estate Jim became strongly involved in the redevelopment of the East Atlanta Village area by successfully brokering a number of sites, including the current SunTrust building as well as several restaurant locations. His skill at assembling larger sites came into prominence when he represented the Atlanta Board of Education in securing the site of the current Parkside Elementary School, located in Grant Park. He also represented a Buyer in the purchase of a former elementary school site; and as a Buyer himself, was part of the development team that saved the former Hapeville Elementary School turning it into Hapeville's first condo location. He also acted as part of the development team in the construction of a 10,000 sq ft retail site for a local trade school.
In 2003 Jim was awarded the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. This achievement, realized by less than 10% of all real estate professionals, is considered to be the pinnacle of commercial real estate and clearly sets Jim apart from other commercial practitioners. His areas of expertise include intown land, both infill lots and assemblages, small to medium commercial buildings, redevelopment sites and small business expansion.
Jim is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Georgia CCIM Chapter, currently about to start his 2nd term on the Board of Directors, a past board member of Progressive Redevelopment,Inc. (Georgia 's largest developer of affordable multi-family housing), the Spiritual Living Center of Atlanta (Church of Religious Science), and a long-time patron of the Atlanta Opera. He has also served as an advisor to the Avondale Estates Downtown Development Authority for the acquisition and disposition of properties related to the redevelopment of Avondale Estates. He is a horse enthusiast regularly attending the Kentucky Derby, the Belmont Stakes and the Breeder's Cup World Championships. As a runner Jim has also competed in and completed marathons in Chicago, Louisville, Washington D.C., and Atlanta, as well as numerous half-marathon and 10K races.

Robert M. (Bob) White is a commercial real estate agent with Adams Commercial Realtors and has been involved with commercial real estate in Atlanta since 1989. Prior to that he was a geological engineer for seventeen years working in oil exploration, foundation engineering, mining and tunneling and seismic hazard studies. He has lived in Atlanta since 1965 when he arrived to attend graduate school at Georgia Tech. He has a BS in geological engineering from Princeton University and masters degrees in civil engineering and computer science from Georgia Tech.
Bob has been involved in apartment sales including tax credit and bond financed rehabilitations and new construction as well as conventional apartments. He has also sold office buildings, hospitality and retail properties. He has sold land for conventional apartments, senior apartments and town home development.
Bob was awarded the prestigious CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute in 1992 and has been on the board of the Georgia CCIM Chapter as the candidate guidance chairman since that time. He teaches classes to help prepare CCIM candidates for the final examination required for the designation.
Bob is active in community affairs. He has acted as a tutor, working with refugee families for the last twenty years. He teaches English, works with children on homework and helps their parents find jobs. He has also served as a night manager at a men’s shelter.
