Jesse Clark has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and a successful track record closing deals in all stages of the market cycle. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of intown commercial investments and redevelopment sites. His diverse background in investment, consulting and brokerage allows him to provide comprehensive and strategic advice to achieve his clients’ goals.

Jesse first discovered his passion for real estate in 1999 working as a commercial real estate agent while obtaining his undergraduate degree in Finance and Real Estate. He then worked for Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Advisory Services group, where he managed projects comprising over $1.5 billion of portfolio valuations, $840 million of acquisition due diligence, and $150 million of capital markets assignments for investors and Fortune 500 companies.

After Ernst & Young, Jesse worked for commercial developer, working his way up as the Senior Development Director, where he managed the acquisition, renovation and construction of 11 urban infill commercial investments comprising 1.3 million square feet valued at over $250 million.

After obtaining his master’s degree at Georgia Tech focusing on Land Development, Jesse started his own boutique real estate investment and consulting firm, Clark Property R+D. As an entrepreneur, Jesse sourced and managed 5 commercial urban infill developments, 2 land assemblages and 4 rezoning approvals as the lead partner, comprising over 100,000 sq. ft. of mixed-use investments. He also served as the owner’s representative for a $2.7 billion foundation and their 54-property portfolio in Atlanta, creating business plans for individual assets and managing implementation to meet investment goals.

Jesse is a veteran of the Army National Guard, having served a tour of duty in Iraq as a medical specialist and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and Urban Land Institute. He lives in East Atlanta Village with his wife, two children, and dog, Penny.
